Chart Reports

National Deliverables Charts Builder

The national chart builder has two components.
(1) First is the choice of what to group the charts by, several options is available to choose from in the "Group" dropdown box.
(2) Second is the filter. When two or more filters are combined the result is those deliverables that match all selected filters.
Ex. Group: Ministry, Filter by Sector X and Partner Y.
The result is progress charts of all deliverables under each Ministry in Sector X and where Y is a Partner.
If to many filters are used there is a chance that no deliverables will be displayed.
The chart shows the percentage of completion and under the charts you will find the actual data that the charts is built on.

County Deliverables Charts Builder

The county chart builder has two components.
(1)First is the choice of what to group the charts by, several options is available to choose from in the dropdown box.
(2) Second is the filter. When two or more filters are combined the result is those deliverables that match all selected filters.
Ex. Group: Ministry, Filter by County X and Partner Y.
The result is progress charts of all deliverables under each Ministry in County X and where Y is a Partner.
If to many filters are used there is a chance that no deliverables will be displayed.

Text Reports

The national text report builder has two components.
(1) First are the choices of fields that will be in the report.
Every checkbox that is checked will be a column in the report. The first row of checkboxes contains two boxes and allows you to get both the acronym and the full name at the same time if wanted.
(2) Second is the filter.
When two or more filters are combined the result is those deliverables that match all selected filters.
If to many filters are used there is a chance that no deliverables will be displayed.
The report can be resorted simply by clicking on the header of each column. Click once to get ascending order and again to get descending order of the column.
If the button “Download as .xls” is clicked then the report is opened as an excel file instead of in a web page.
If the button “Reset” is clicked then all selected fields and filters is set as it was when you first opened the page.

PRS Deliverables Text Report

The PRS text report builder has two components.
(1) First are the choices of fields that will be in the report.
The first four rows of checkboxes will give double information in the report.
They will give information about the national deliverable as its pillar, sector, sub sector and lead ministry.
And at the same time you will get the location of the underlying county deliverable.
If NO county checkbox is selected then only national deliverables will be visible in the report.
(2) Second is the filter. When two or more filters are combined the result is those deliverables that match all selected filters.
The report will show every national deliverable that match the filter and its entire set of county deliverables. Note that NO deliverables that are ONLY under CDA will be showed. Instead go to County Text Report instead and use the filter to exclude PRS deliverables.
If to many filters are used there is a chance that no deliverables will be displayed.
If the button “Download as .xls” is clicked then the report is opened as an excel file instead of in a web page.
If the button “Reset” is clicked then all selected fields and filters is set as it was when you first opened the page.

Indicators List

This is a list of all indicators that the deliverables is linked to.
No deliverable information is showed here only indicator information.
Use the charts or text report builders if you want to see the deliverables attached to the indicators.

Ministry of Planning and Economic Affairs provide username and password for all Users.
The report part of the application is open for everyone.
Only sign in if you are about to update the status of a deliverable.
When you are signed in then this help page will show other information according to the user type.
Also the top links will be different in the application. They will change automatically after a successful sign in attempt.

If you have forgotten your password all you have to do is type in your username (email address) in the field at the bottom at the page and press the button.
If you have a valid username in the system your password is sent to you by the system.
